The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player with a strong focus on customer service and a culinary passion!Responsibilities and DutiesMaximize sales results to achieve or exceed annual budgetEnsure outstanding and consistent customer serviceMaintain optimal product presentation in accordance with set standardsConduct product demonstrations for all brands and categoriesExecute special events to generate trafficMaintain Customer Relationship Management systemReceive shipments in an organized and timely mannerMaintain a pleasant, cohesive, and cooperative work atmosphereQualifications and SkillsA culinary passion!Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekendsCommitment to customer service and constant improvementRetail sales experience preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional attitude and ability to be flexible and adapt to changeAble to stand and/or walk for extended periods of timeAble to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladderMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.
