Position: Maintenance Mechanic Schedule
- Shift: AM
- Schedule: 5 × 8s
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Meal Break: 30 minutes
- On-Call: No
- $23-$26/hour
- General carpentry, masonry, drywall, flooring, and ceiling installations
- Surface preparation (caulking, sanding, masking) and painting/staining
- Preventive maintenance (filters, belts, lubrication, fire extinguishers)
- Minor mechanical, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, and radiators
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical conduits, wiring, cables, and breakers
- Replace light bulbs and lamps
- Operate and maintain snow removal equipment (plows, tractors, snow throwers)
- Grounds and facility support as needed
- Maintenance, warehouse, office, and clinical environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and overhead reaching
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years skilled labor experience (Required)
