This Behavior Technician (BT) role in Pittsburg, CA focuses on helping K–12 students stay engaged, follow routines, and make steady progress throughout the school day. You’ll be working alongside teachers and school staff in a structured setting. What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 or small group student support Implement behavior plans in the classroom Support student engagement and routines Track progress toward IEP or 504 goals What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent ABA or behavioral support experience preferred BLS certification preferred Reliable and able to follow structured plans *This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
