Maintenance Manager - Cranberry Place

Cranberry Place, a vibrant senior living community in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. We are excited to announce that Cranberry Place is now managed by the Oakdale Seniors Alliance, a leader in senior care and services.

As a Maintenance Manager at Cranberry Place, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents by overseeing all maintenance operations. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a passion for creating a welcoming and maintained environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair requests
Oversee preventative maintenance programs
Supervise and mentor maintenance staff
Manage vendor relationships and contracts
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Qualifications:

Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a senior living setting
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
HVAC and plumbing knowledge is a plus
