Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Training & development Vision insurance Job description Duties Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist Ensure all food is prepared and served on time Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages to the kitchen manager Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Requirements Food Manager Certificate Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt as needed Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
