Description Brief: The Lifestyle Concierge– Guest Experience & Cruise Sales is responsible for increasing company revenue through future cruise and boutique sales. Promote the Emerald/Scenic Cruises loyalty program, host entertainment and ensure guest satisfaction. Act as concierge for guests and assist with additional ship duties where required. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience with luxury or ultra-luxury cruise ships.; Previous cruise sales experience.; Have worked in a similar role on board a cruise ship before.; High standard of entertainment knowledge and skill.; STCW 4 Basic Training.; If you have a talent for creating joy and offering genuine, heartfelt service, we encourage you to apply today.
