About This Role The RN - Float Pool position at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care across various units, including Critical Care, Telemetry, and Emergency Department. Highlights Location: Weston, FL Facility: Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families. Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Experience: 1+ years of current acute care RN experience required Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
