At Disc Replay, we specialize in buying and selling video games, movies, electronics, and collectibles. We offer a fun, dynamic environment where you'll be surrounded by the latest in entertainment. From retro games to the hottest tech, you'll work with products that customers (and you!) love.
The Role:
As a Disc Replay Team Member, you'll be the face of our store. You'll help with both buying and selling products, offering recommendations, answering customer questions, and ensuring every customer has an awesome experience. Every day is differentyou'll test products, price items, and get hands on with the coolest gadgets and games.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer servicegreet customers, help with inquiries, and ensure they leave with a smile.
- Handle sales and buy transactions, always keeping the customer's experience front and center.
- Learn how to assess and price items like video games, electronics, and collectibles.
- Work closely with your team to create a fun and productive work environment.
- Stay organized in a fast-paced setting, testing, and evaluating various products.
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, positive attitude with a love for helping others.
- Customer service skillsretail experience is great, but we're happy to train the right person!
- Ability to multitask in a busy, exciting environment.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs when needed.
