We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Flavor Experts to work at our Pigeon Forge location. As a member of our team, you will be immersed in a fun, creative, and supportive environment that is all about food.

Responsibilities of a Retail Flavor Expert include providing stellar customer service to guests, maintaining inventory levels and pricing products, blending and packaging items, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your math skills by measuring ingredients and following recipes.

Job Includes
Operating a cash register, greeting guests and helping them find what they're looking for, packaging spices, seasonings and loose-leaf teas, restocking shelves, keeping the shop tidy, open/close the shop, being a keyholder. Brewing & making tea's to go.

From the hiring manager
We are looking for someone who would primarily be on an opening shift, possibly 4-5 days per week.

Please have reliable transportation. Our employees usually say this is one of the most enjoyable and easiest jobs they've had which is why most have been with us for years. 
We do our best to be flexible with our employees as well as create a positive and uplifting environment that encourages your input as a team member.
Barista experience is a plus as we are always trying new drinks at our Tea Bar. We do a monthly bonus based on the daily average sales as well as tips.
