Int'l Gender Program Specialist - $27-$31/hr - DC

Our client, an international non-profit organization is seeking an International Gender Program Specialist to join their team on a long term temporary basis in Washington, D.C. About The Job: Support day-to-day operations of a global nonprofit program focused on gender justice and community-based initiatives Manage program timelines, deliverables, and project tracking to ensure priorities remain on schedule Assist with budget management, including tracking expenses, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial processes Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and program events while supporting cross-functional collaboration Serve as a liaison between internal teams and regional programs to support alignment and communication Monitor program trends and support research on global issues related to gender, land use, and community development About You: Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in program management, nonprofit operations, or project coordination Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural, or global environment preferred Additional language skills preferred About The Position: Start Date: ASAP! $27-$31/hr Must have own laptop Must be comfortable with up to 2 weeks of international travel during the assignment Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
