The FBM Program is experiencing significant growth and we need your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers while maintaining the technical requirements of the strategic deterrence.We want you to support the FBM Program by joining the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team as a Systems Integration Engineer.The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Perform mechanical interface definition, documentation, and change managementPerform systems/hardware integration, test planning, and executionPerform analysis to evaluate interface compatibility and coordinate solutions to resolve discrepanciesParticipate in and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviewsLead and mentor a team of system integratorsThe information below reflects the standard job description for this position Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Basic QualificationsBachelor’s or higher degree in EngineeringAdvanced CREO proficiencyExperience with mechanical integrationDesign experience utilizing Model Based Engineering toolsAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceDesired SkillsMissile/Space Weapons Systems ExperienceProven self-starter with demonstrated capability to proactively work through difficult technical, project and resource challenges12+ years of experience in large program Configuration, assembly, and design integrationsDemonstrated performance of bringing program through development reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)Strong full spectrum leadership with demonstrated experience in leading teams and working cross Integrated Product Teams by building effective relationshipsExperience with integrating large assembly models, deconflicting interferences across components, and successfully releasing usable assembly level models to the programGeometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) experienceActive or Current DoD Secret Security Clearance Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
