HR Coordinator, Mardi Gras Casino

Opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time HR Coordinator to join the team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the HR team and assist with the day‑to‑day operations at Mardi Gras Casino. Monday – Friday, 8–5. Occasional evenings may be required. What will you do? Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests Prepare pre‑employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required Follow compliance, WV lottery and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information More about you Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, decision‑making and time management skills Proficient use of Microsoft products such as Word and Excel Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus No experience or diploma required Shift details Monday to Friday; evenings as needed.
