North Star American Bistro is looking to add an experienced evening bartender, passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing the best guest experience, to join our already seasoned team. As a qualified bartender, you will be able to create consistent cocktails, and provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations to customers, while keeping a clean and well-organized space.

Position Requirements:

2+ years of previous bartending or serving experience in a high-volume restaurant
Must have, at minimum, availability to work three shifts (Monday through Saturday) from 3:00pm to 10:00pm
Demonstrate consistency in punctuality and reliability
Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, with a commitment to continue learning
Strong attention to detail to accurately take orders, input them into the POS system and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly
Excellent customer service, including strong communication skills, attentiveness to customer needs, and the ability to handle various requests quickly and appropriately

We offer a flexible schedule for full-time and part-time employees.

We are also closed every Sunday and most holidays.

Benefits are available for full-time employees (32+ hours per week).
