HIM DIRECTOR – PERMANENT

Globe, AZ
$95,000–$130,000/year
Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Exempt
Must Relocate to the Globe/Miami Area

We are seeking an experienced Health Information Management (HIM) Director to lead HIM operations within a rural hospital setting. This role oversees medical records, coding processes, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and HIM staff while providing hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HIM experience
• Strong HIM leadership/management experience
• Knowledge of medical records, coding, compliance, and data integrity
• Ability to work independently and provide hands-on support
• Relocation to the Globe/Miami area required

Schedule: Monday–Friday | No regular holiday coverage
