Position: Sterile Processing Technician/Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech - Certified

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sterile Processing Technician/Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech to join our team. This role involves providing essential intraoperative support to ensure the highest standards of patient care in the operating room.

Shift:

Weekdays, No OB; No Call currently

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of operating room scrubbing experience
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the operating room setting and procedures
• Following AORN (Association of periOperative Registered Nurses) standards and recommended practices
• Providing quality services to surgical patients

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience:

• Familiarity with AORN Standards and Recommended Practices
• Knowledge of the care and handling of surgical instrumentation and power equipment as per AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation) and AORN
