Operations Analyst (Stamford)

Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate actions, proxy voting, and trade processing across funds and entities
• Partner with custodians and fund administrators to resolve operational issues and ensure accurate fund records
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies, including ownership of new initiatives and enhancements
• Oversee position, balance sheet, and expense reconciliations

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of operations experience, preferably within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or investment manager
• Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced Excel Skills
