Join Our Team as a Line Cook at TRYSeafood FuQuay!

TRYSeafood FuQuay is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy cooking, take pride in preparing quality food, and can thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining TRYSeafood's standards for quality, consistency, and presentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and cook seafood and other menu items according to recipes and established standards.
• Properly season, portion, and plate food.
• Maintain consistent food quality, temperature, and presentation.
• Set up and stock your assigned station before service.
• Keep your cooking station clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food temperatures and properly store ingredients.
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other kitchen team members.
• Work efficiently and accurately during busy service periods.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties.
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift.
• Follow instructions from the kitchen lead or manager.
• Assist other kitchen team members when needed.

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Previous line-cook or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
