• Optimize capital projects globally through data-driven spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, and total cost of ownership insights.

• Spearhead complex commercial negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for master service agreements, rate cards, and project-specific contracts.

• Cultivate strategic supplier governance programs, driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and sustainable practices.

• Collaborate seamlessly with global real estate project managers and stakeholders to align procurement with overarching business objectives.

Essential Qualifications We are looking for professionals who align with our values and bring the following essential skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing or commercial management, with 5+ years directly supporting corporate real estate, workplace, design, or construction programs.

• Demonstrated expertise in negotiating professional services and construction agreements.

• Demonstrated financial acumen and proficiency with procurement workflows and enterprise platforms (e.g., Zip, Ariba).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within highly regulated financial services environments.

• Professional certifications (CPSM, CIPS, PMP, MRICS, CCM, or LEED).

• Familiarity with diverse construction delivery methods and global operations.
