Senior/Lead Backend Engineer (Product/ System/ SaaS/ PaaS)

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain robust, high-performing microservices using Java Spring Boot .
- Design and implement scalable and distributed solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Utilize PostgreSQL for database management and integration within services.
- Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes (K8S) .
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure reliable and secure applications.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and conducting regular code reviews.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Strong Java and Spring Boot experience
- Strong software architecture understanding
- Experience with distributed systems / microservice architectures
- Good understanding of containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
- PostgreSQL or other relational database experience
- Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs
- Ability to work across backend and infrastructure topics when needed
- Experience building SaaS/PaaS products .
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-related technologies is a plus
- Experience with DevOps, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, or platform engineering is a strong advantage
