If you love organic and healthy eating and have a passion for juice and superfood smoothies, join our small, dedicated team as a Smoothie Barista/Team Member. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while crafting delicious smoothies and maintaining a positive, energetic environment. This role offers a clear path for advancement and an opportunity to grow with our thriving juice bar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare smoothies according to recipes and customer requests
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Manage inventory to ensure product availability
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Upsell products to increase sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in food service
- Food safety training or certification
