Job Description
• 10+ years of professional software development experience in Java (Java 11/17/21).
• Deep proficiency with Spring Boot / Spring Cloud (or modern reactive/JVM frameworks like Quarkus, Micronaut, Vert.x).
• Strong experience designing and optimizing RESTful APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
• Solid background in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) including indexing, query optimization, and connection pooling.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, memory management, and distributed systems design patterns.2. AI / GenAI Integration Expertise • Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models via vLLM/Ollama, or internal model hubs).
• Practical experience with Java AI frameworks: Spring AI, LangChain4j, or building custom orchestration pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience with RAG patterns: document chunking, embeddings generation, vector search, and reranking.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs (JSON schema enforcement), tool/function calling, and AI evaluation frameworks.


Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise.


Experience: 5-8 Years.


The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .


Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
