Focuses on non‑lending assistance such as account maintenance and digital banking support. Maintains a seamless, friendly, professional experience while promoting the credit union’s core values: integrity, progress, relationships, and people. Responsibilities Perform video teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, maintenance). Lead secured messaging and email requests. Backup chat E‑services and inbound queue volume. Assist members with digital banking tools (e‑statements, mobile app, online access). Respond to member inquiries via phone, video, and email. Troubleshoot and resolve account issues, escalating when necessary. Participate in outbound campaigns to enhance service and member education. Deliver consistent high‑quality service reflecting the mission and values. Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience through proactive engagement. Maintain confidentiality and compliance. Requirements Experience: 1–3 years of similar or related experience. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Interpersonal Skills: Trust, credibility, diplomacy; ability to conduct sensitive conversations. Other Skills: Strong communication, comfort with digital tools, multitasking, detail‑oriented, problem‑solving. Physical: Sedentary work, limited lifting up to 5 lbs; ability to use office equipment, climb stairs, extended hours as needed.
