Applebee's Dishwasher / General Utility Location: 13006 NE Hwy 99, Vancouver, WA, 98686. Flynn Group is the largest Applebee’s franchisee in the world. As an Applebee’s Dishwasher / General Utility, you will keep our back‑of‑house clean and operating smoothly. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized back‑of‑house environment. Assist with general utility tasks as needed. Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years. Effective communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Physical ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four (4) hours. Capacity to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in hot and damp conditions; ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective hand/face coverings, and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap. Compensation & Benefits Wages start at minimum wage up to $24 per hour, plus tips. Competitive wages (plus tips), healthcare benefits, flexible schedule, meal discounts, and paid sick leave. Daily Pay available (not in California). Physical Standards Remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds. Work frequently in a hot and damp environment. Use small tools and equipment with finger and hand dexterity. Wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout the shift.
