Roles and responsibilities:

• Understanding the scope of the project
• Creating test strategy
• Identifying test scenarios
• Estimating testing efforts and sharing the testing effort with management to acquire the necessary resources
• Driving test execution
• Coordinating the test data setup, integration testing and system testing
• Coordinating with other stakeholders for integration testing and performance testing activities
• Leading and monitoring analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases
• Reporting test results to all relevant project stakeholders
