This warehouse operator role sits within a global logistics network where you help ensure products and freight move accurately, safely, and on time. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling inbound and outbound freight, preparing orders, and operating material-handling equipment while contributing to a respectful, team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, label, stage, and replenish products accurately to support efficient order fulfillment.
• Package, band, shrink-wrap, and label products according to specific client requirements.
• Load and unload freight from vehicles and containers using pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
• Sort freight by size and destination to ensure accurate routing and timely delivery.
• Reconcile driver pickup and delivery manifests to confirm shipment accuracy.
• Read and decode freight codes to expedite the movement of products through the warehouse.
• Label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight to support accurate documentation and billing.
• Inspect shipments for damage or misrouting and record findings in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA standards, and maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free workspace.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain reliable attendance, remain attentive and productive throughout the shift, and adapt to schedule changes or overtime as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism and respect toward leadership and coworkers, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Assist with facility maintenance and general cleanup activities to keep the warehouse organized and safe.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with packing, loading, unloading, and general material handling tasks.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 2150 lbs frequently and perform repetitive lifting safely.
• Comfort with frequent walking, standing, and bending, and occasional reaching, squatting, or kneeling.
• Basic experience using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Ability to perform order picking and shipping and receiving activities accurately.
• Familiarity with RF scanners for picking, inventory, and order processing.
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with supervisors, peers, and other teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Generally 02 years of experience, with warehouse experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts, including potential overtime.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly role suitable for individuals starting a career in logistics or warehousing.
• Previous experience as a general laborer, warehouse associate, or in production environments is helpful.
• Experience operating forklifts or sit-down equipment is an advantage.
• Background in inventory control, order picking, and shipping and receiving is beneficial.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Work Environment

This is an entry-level warehouse position within a fast-paced logistics facility. You will work on your feet for most of the shift, with frequent walking, standing, and bending, and occasional reaching, squatting, or kneeling. The role involves regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of 2150 lbs and repetitive handling of products. You will use pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment, and may operate forklifts or sit-down equipment if qualified. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with adherence to OSHA standards and company policies. Schedules include shift-based work with positions available on SundayWednesday nights, WednesdaySaturday days, and WednesdaySaturday nights, and may require overtime based on operational needs. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burbank, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
