We are needing a provider to start in December although this may be a tight timeline for credentialing. The team at the site will do their best to push the file through but please note we can't guarantee the provider will start in December unless their file is fully approved. Preferably would need a clean file to get the process to move quicker.

Due to the urgency of this need, we will NOT look at candidates without a license.

Provider will be expected to help with clinic and call in this position. Call will be 8-9 times a month from 5pm to 7pm and will be just talking clinic calls that come in.

Monday assisting in Surgery and then Tuesday-Friday in clinic. This is a full time need so preferably looking for a provider with full time availability or close to. We are flexible on this.

If long term housing is needed for this assignment it will need preapproved by the business partner and can be entered as an exception request at the time of confirmation
