Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and industrial equipment by performing electrical, mechanical, work. This position supports the maintenance team and plays an important role in ensuring facility operations run smoothly with minimal downtime.

Strong electrical troubleshooting experience required Experience working on industrial or manufacturing machinery preferred Knowledge of motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and controls is a plus Mechanical maintenance experience highly preferred Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment issues quickly Stable work history and strong attendance Respond promptly to maintenance requests and maintain accurate records and work orders Follow all safety policies and procedures

High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or industrial equipment repair preferred Valid Driver's License Strong troubleshooting skills with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic tools Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and small mechanical systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in elevated areas Drug screen and background check required Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation (not on the bus line) Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges, etc.) Owns personal hand tools (tools are provided, personal tools not required) Willingness to purchase steel-toe boots
