Job Description What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities) Contribute to impactful and technically challenging projects in the wind power generation industry during four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test. Enhance core engineering skills through Advanced Courses in Engineering, and business trainings with other GE Vernova Development Program members from other functions and locations. Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers. Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas. Have the opportunity to earn credit towards an MS degree in Engineering (if entering with a BS) What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following Engineering majors from an ABET accredited university. Eligible majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aero Engineering, Controls Engineering, Civil Engineering. Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes Pay range: for U.S. based candidates, the base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annual, with a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
