YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for executing the People and Organization processes that keep the business staffed, supported, and compliant. The role exists to translate Human Resources programs into consistent day-to-day execution through recruiting, onboarding, employee support, workforce administration, compliance activities, and employee lifecycle management. The Human Resources Generalist serves as the primary coordinator of recruiting and onboarding activities while supporting employees and leaders with routine Human Resources matters. The position ensures employee records remain accurate, transactions are processed correctly, and Human Resources processes are executed consistently across departments and shifts. The role is not to set workforce strategy or lead complex employee relations matters. It is to execute the processes that allow those strategies to succeed. Success requires strong organizational discipline, responsiveness, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance employee service with process consistency and compliance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Three or more years of Human Resources experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, or Human Resources administration. Demonstrated experience supporting full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, interview coordination, and offer administration. Experience maintaining employee records, Human Resources documentation, and compliance-related files. Experience supporting employee relations matters and performance management processes. Experience in manufacturing, food and beverage, distribution, or other high-volume operational environments preferred. Strong working knowledge of Human Resources principles, employment regulations, and administrative practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities. Proficiency with Human Resources information systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.
