Hutton Brickyards Riverfront Hotel + Venue Restaurant Server We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service professionals to serve our guests Wednesday through Sunday. Prior face‑to‑face customer experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and polished presentation are essential. Scheduling flexibility is required. Responsibilities Welcome guests and connect with each customer. Discover customers’ needs and make product recommendations. Answer questions about food, beverages, and other restaurant or hotel services. Take food and beverage orders, enter orders in the POS system. Perform running side work and opening & closing duties as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized work and service area. Ensure guests are satisfied with their beverage, food, and service; respond promptly and courteously to any requests. Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment and process credit card charges or make change. Offer or ask for help to team members as situations arise. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. Job Requirements Attention to detail, good time management, and strong customer service skills. Polite and friendly demeanor. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible working hours and ability to work with little supervision while meeting high‑performance standards.
