The JOB: Banquet Server Requirements As a server, you will be an Ambassador of LaPlaya and will be a key contributor of driving our guest happiness by treating each guest experience as its own. Possessing the right touch and knowledge are key to drive our banquet dining experience as are using our guests names when possible. We are looking for employees that like to handle guest opportunities on first impact and ensure that all guests have an amazing experience while having fun in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you must be able to work nights and weekends, stand/walk for up to 8 hours per-shift, and lift up to 40 pounds. Our CULTURE: The passion of our people is our greatest asset.
