Position Hiring Immediately - As a full‑time Sales Development Representative, you’ll engage with new and existing customers to identify their home remodeling needs and provide solutions. After several weeks of Victory’s MBA‑style classroom training, you’ll be set for success with top‑tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. This base‑salary + commission role is the ideal launchpad into other positions in our business, which is why 90% of our senior leadership team started in this same role. Responsibilities Be the frontline expert on Victory’s products and services, presenting them to our clients in a digestible way. Be the customers’ first interaction with Victory, acting as a brand ambassador and company spokesperson. Resolve customers’ questions and concerns with speed and a smile. Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Collaborate and build connections with team members and other departments. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends. Compensation and Benefits First‑year salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 (base salary plus commission and bonuses).
