Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels. Minimum age 18 years with proof of identification and eligibility to work in the US. Willingness to embrace adventure in a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak periods; standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work. Capacity for flexible labor hours, from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable support and willingness to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is required. Compensation $16.94 per hour – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience (Connecticut).
