Job Overview Polsinelli is looking for a mid‑level (3–5 years) associate to join our Management Labor Relations Practice Group in the St. Louis office. Responsibilities Advising employers on issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) Representing clients in labor arbitrations and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Conducting collective bargaining negotiations Handling unfair labor practice charges Assisting employers in navigating union organizing campaigns Providing client counseling, advocacy, and analytical support Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in labor relations and union‑related matters Excellent academic credentials Experience in a law firm or similar environment Strong writing, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively Ambition, drive, and team orientation Juris Doctor and Missouri bar admission Benefits and Compensation We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package with challenging work in a collegial environment.
