About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its esteemed wildlife sanctuary and animal advocacy organization. The successful candidate will be the chief executive and strategic leader, with a primary focus on advancing the organization's mission of rescuing and providing sanctuary for abused, abandoned, and retired captive wildlife. This role involves overseeing sanctuary operations, ensuring financial sustainability, leading fundraising efforts, guiding advocacy initiatives, and working closely with the Board of Directors. The Executive Director will be the champion of the organization's vision to end captive wildlife exploitation, while upholding its reputation as a world-class sanctuary and a significant voice in animal welfare policy.
