New Grad Nurse and Therapy Incentive ProgramApply today to join our team and make a meaningful impact in patient care.Dove Healthcare is excited to support newly graduated healthcare professionals through our New Grad Incentive Program!This program is available to full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) who have graduated within the last 12 months.Program Highlights:Reimbursement for licensing testing costsLPNs: $250 per quarter (up to 5 years of employment; up to $5,000 total)RNs & PTs: $500 per quarter (up to 5 years of employment; up to $10,000 total)This benefit is designed to support student loan repayment and can be used at the employee's discretion.Eligibility Requirements:Must maintain full-time employment statusMust be a new graduate within the past 12 monthsProgram availability is at the discretion of the building administrator and Director of NursingInterested candidates are encouraged to apply.
