Job Description:

Responsible for patient assessments, care plans, plan implementation and evaluation and revision of therapy plan as needed. Performs diagnostic testing including ABG's, PFT's, EKG's, cardiac, bronchoscopy, and pulse oximetry. Transports patients within the hospital or between facilities. May be required to work standard and flexible hours, including overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Conduct diagnostic testing such as ABG's, PFT's, EKG's, and bronchoscopy.
• Transport patients within the hospital or between facilities.

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program (CoARC, JRCRTE, or CAAHEP).
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC, NRP, PALS.
• 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred; experience with EMRs preferred.
