As a CMT with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their best lives. - Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and licensed nurses
- Monitor and report on resident conditions, ensuring timely notification to healthcare providers
- Assist with vital sign checks, Including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare team members
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review resident care plans and address concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
- Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
