As the General Manager, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring exceptional customer service and the highest food quality standards. Lead a dynamic team while fostering a culture of friendliness and fellowship!

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with employees, customers, and the community
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality
  • Foster an atmosphere of friendliness and fellowship
  • Coach and develop talented employees
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Manage staffing, inventory, and financial success of the restaurant
  • Train new staff and provide ongoing training to existing staff
  • Achieve financial targets for the store
  • Develop leaders within the restaurant

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years in the restaurant industry
  • 3+ years of management experience in the restaurant or equivalent industry, with at least 1 year as a General Manager
