Medical Value and Health Information Technology (MVHIT) Manager - Health IT Liaison-West US Join Amgen to apply for the Medical Value and Health Information Technology (MVHIT) Manager - Health IT Liaison-West US role. Overview As a MVHIT Liaison, you will secure coverage for Amgen brands and support patient access in the Western U.S. Territory includes CA, AZ, CO, ID, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY. What You Will Do Educate health systems on leveraging EHR platforms to evolve care from episodic to proactive. Support the development of scalable EHR-enabled tools and resources across Cardiology, Renal, Metabolic, Oncology, Immunology, Neurosciences. Contribute to portfolio strategy and messaging for the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) segment. Provide education on EHR reporting and clinical decision support tools to support health system initiatives. Manage prioritized accounts and execute key account plans for the MV Health IT Liaisons. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to implement population health strategies and value‑based initiatives. Travel 30‑40% across the territory. Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s degree with 3+ years of medical capabilities experience. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of medical capabilities experience. Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or hospital system. Understanding of EHR systems within IDNs. Hands‑on experience with EHR products such as Epic, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, Cerner. Strong customer‑facing experience and customer service mindset. Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking ability. Preferred Experience Experience applying health information technology in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
