Clinical Data Team Lead - Remote U.S

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Data Team Lead to manage data operations for clinical trials across multiple projects. The role involves leading data management activities, serving as client liaison, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance across a portfolio of studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities for assigned clinical trial projects and support lead data managers as needed
• Serve as liaison between project leadership, clients, and internal teams on all data management matters
• Develop and maintain project documentation; independently review data management deliverables
• Develop and deliver study-specific training to data management project staff
• Generate regular status reports and monitor study metrics for management and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification
• 2+ years of experience with lead-level, end-to-end data management responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with interactive computer programs and clinical data systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality
• Experience training and directing study team members
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and clinical trial protocols
