Are you a proven Service Manager who knows how to run a high-performing shop, hold people accountable, and drive results?

We are looking for a strong, hands-on fixed operations leader to take charge of our Kia/GMC service departments. This is not a sit-back-and-watch role. We need someone who can lead from the front, control workflow, improve technician output, build a winning team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

1. Minimum 2 years of management experience
2. Dealership or service center background preferred
3. Strong knowledge of service operations, KPIs, workflow, and technician productivity
4. Ability to drive accountability, retention, and performance
5. Experience with OEM compliance and service process standards
6. Leadership presence, urgency, and a customer-first mindset
