Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Available Opportunities:

• Part-Time Evening Shift (PM)
• 0.6 FTE
• 8-hour shifts and every other weekend

• Full-Time Overnight Shift (NOC)
• 12hr NOC shift 6PM-6AM is every other weekend

• PRN All Shifts
• Flexible scheduling to meet your needs

• Compensation
• $28 $35/hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
