Senior Maintenance Manager - Multi-Site Ops & MHE

Amazon is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, drive strategic maintenance programs, and balance preventive maintenance with rapid response during emergencies, while prioritizing safety and continuous improvement.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with operations, and travel up to 15% to support network-wide initiatives across 80+ team members, with a focus on equipment
