Senior Regulatory Complaints Investigator (Remote)
UpStart
Upstart is seeking a Senior Complaints Specialist to investigate escalated and regulated customer complaints, applying regulatory knowledge and sound judgment to determine outcomes. You’ll surface recurring issues and help improve processes that shape the customer experience.
You’ll partner with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other teams to strengthen complaint handling and risk controls while ensuring alignment with FCRA, UDAAP, FDCPA and ECOA requirements.
