Senior Living Sales Counselor

Wallick Communities is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue for its senior living communities. In this role, you’ll build relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners, conduct tours, and guide families through the decision-making and move-in process. You’ll collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure a seamless resident experience, track leads and performance metrics, and support community events.
