Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12 NIGHT shifts (18:30-07:00), rotating days off to meet unit needs
• May include weekend shifts
• Call requirements: approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
• Flexible time-off requests, with options to make up any missed shifts

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 3 years of prior OR experience
• Level I Trauma Center background required
• Predominantly 3 out of 4 Neuro skillsets: ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF
• Robotics expertise with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
• Current BLS certification
• First-time travelers welcomed

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub for complex neuro and robotic procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Respond effectively to urgent situations in a trauma environment
• Maintain the highest standards in patient safety, pre- and post-operative care
