Must have Banking experience and good to have Payments processing experience. Hands-on in design and developing automated testing systems and frameworks. Proven work experience as a QA Architect or similar role in software development. Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies; Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. Working knowledge of agile frameworks and regression testing. Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD). Drive UI, API strategies across web platforms. Lead test planning, framework enhancement, and integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Conduct end-to-end API testing and backend integration validations using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and SoapUI. Validate Kafka-based event-driven systems with real-time message verification techniques. Perform ETL testing and data validation using advanced SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server. Lead test efforts for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, including workflows, case management, and data validation. Ensure high-quality deliverables through cross-browser, functional, regression, and UAT testing. Execute mobile automation testing using Appium and real devices/emulators in varying network conditions. Mentor and lead QA teams, perform code reviews, and align testing goals with Agile sprint cycles.
