Entry-Level Service Lane / Detail Team Position

Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour

Hawkins Automotive is looking for an entry-level team member to join our service lane . This is a great opportunity for a recent high school graduate who is not planning on college right now and is ready to get to work, learn new skills, and become part of a strong team.

To be upfront, this is not a full-time heavy detailing job . Yes, you’ll help keep vehicles cleaned up and looking sharp, but only a small part of the role involves detailing right away. The bigger opportunity is getting started in the service lane , helping things run smoothly, learning the business, and building a future in the automotive world.

What we’re looking for:

• A valid driver’s license is required
• Someone who is presentable and professional around customers
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone who doesn’t mind staying busy and jumping in where needed

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with light vehicle clean-up and touch-up work as needed
• Helping keep the service lane moving smoothly
• Moving vehicles safely and responsibly
• Helping keep the lot and work areas organized
• Supporting the service team however needed
