Clinic Director In Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy

Join our client as a Clinic Director in Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy to provide oversight and guidance in a supportive environment dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children and teens with autism. This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure quality standards and progress towards individualized goals.

Requirements

• Provide oversight and guidance of the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic site by assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures
• Collaborate with on-site Office Manager to administer the intake/onboarding of new staff and clients
• Review clinical documentation of BCBAs to ensure quality standards are met and client is progressing towards their individualized goal selections
• Act as clinical leadership for BTs/RBTs/BCBAs in cooperation with the regional leadership team and the Chief Clinical Officer
• Prepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plans
• Ensure clinical quality by providing training opportunities and hands-on assistance to clinic staff
• Provide oversight and guidance to BCBAs related to caseload management and RBT assignments
